The JPC Custom Homes Building Process
Building the home of your dreams should be as enjoyable as living in it! At JPC Custom Homes we take the time to guide you through every step in the building process.

Once your home site is determined, we begin with an initial meeting to discuss your design wants and needs and draw your preliminary plans. We discuss interior and exterior specifications and finishes and prepare a detailed bid for the construction of your home. Once the final plans and pricing are approved and the contract is signed, construction on your new home begins.

As construction progresses you will meet with our trusted suppliers to make selections including floor coverings, lighting, appliances, paint and stain colors, brick and stone selections etc. We keep you informed of decisions that need to be made to ensure timely progress on the building
of your home.

Once your home is complete, we meet again for a final inspection and walk through the home and learn about it’s features and how to care for it.  Months after the process began, we are then handing you the keys to your home at closing.  

But the service doesn't end at closing. You'll be protected for many years by JPC Custom Homes’ customer service and the RWC Home Buyers Warranty.
